Outlook Not Closing Completely Since Installing XP

I discovered by accident that Outlook does not shut down
completely when I close it. This has been happening
since I installed Windows XP. Have reviewed everything I
can find, but nothing addresses this issue.

Can anyone give me a clue as to what I can do to resolve
this problem?

I am running XP Pro and O2000 SP3 and had the same
problem.

MS had released an O2000 SP3 Hotfix to fix this. You
have to get it from MS. and I am not sure if it is for
Outlook XP.

I have the hotfix for O2000 SP3 and if you want it could
send it to you.
