Greetings Everyone,
I have a user who just logged in this morning and when she starts
Outlook 2002 (running on XP SP1a) and goes to expand her mailbox she
gets the error. "unable to display folder" You don't have permissions
to access..." Although she is logged in with her credentials, nothing
has changed, I am just puzzled.
I deleted her old profile and recreated a new one, same problem. I am
able to add her in the setup and when i click on check name it
authenticates fine.
I logged in as her on another computer and guess what, everything is
fine, its just on her machine they she is not able to open her
mailbox.
Another weird thing I noticed while i was trouble shooting, i tried to
access her mailbox by going to http://mailserver/exchange and it take
her to someone elses mailbox whom she was accessing the day before
while that person was on holidays. So i cleared all her internet
settings etc, but still same issue.
Her mailbox is fine, I checked the security/permissions and everything
is normal, not modifications or anything. I did a repair and detect on
office, even after that same issue.
Does anyone have any more suggestions ? Has anyone seen similar issues
?
And yes, I did reboot the exchange box, still the problem persists. I
also disabled her OST file, same problem.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
