Outlook not finding connection or pop server

AAArrrrggggghhhhhh!

Outlook keeps showing a message stating it can't find the server. I'v
checked the account set up and it's set for the cable modem. When i
does find it it keeps asking for my password. When I put it in an
click ok, it asks for it again!

Please help
