it appears i received an update and now continue to get message that
"Micorsoft has stopped working . . ."
Microsoft Outlook has experienced a problem . . .
Do you want to open in safe mode? when I do i get the same problem.
Program also said it was configuring the program for first use but has been
in use already? It appears i may have a corrupted file.
