Outlook not responding

Upon opening Outlook it locks up and doesn't respond at
all. I've restored to an earlier date in XP, uninstalled,
reinstalled and tried update SP3 for Office Prof XP all
to no avail. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Same issue for me. I think the top email is corrupt. Does
anyone know how to delete an email when the program is not
responding (like where the local store for messages is?

Giving me the same problem - just hangs - have tried all
Inbox repair tools....but no joy.

OK fixed it.
2 ways to do it...

#1
open regedit, change following key
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addin
s\Microsoft.VbaAddinForOutlook.1]
"FileName"="outlvba.dll"
"LoadBehavior"=dword:00000001
"FriendlyName"="Microsoft VBA for Outlook Addin"

This takes the focas off the preview pane and you can
delete any offending emails.

And from another posting this was suggested...
#2
start | run | type: outlook.exe /safe | ok button. delete
message since the
preview pane should be off at this point.

Thanks Neo.
