Outlook Not Responding

Does anyone know how to uninstall just Outlook without
removing all of office XP. I apparently have some bad
emails in my in box because when I try to open these
emails outlook locks up.

I can start outlook in another user with its own set of
personal folders (in box), but I can't open remove any of
the emails in corrupted folders.

Any help will be appreciated.
