Outlook Office folders become in accessable

Here the message i get ...

Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Office Outlook could not access the
specified folder location. Another application closed unexpectedly while
using your Personal Folders file 'C:\Documents and Settings\Steve\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst'. To prevent
potential damage to your Personal Folders file, it will not be available
until you close all applications currently using it.

What do I do? How do I fix this problem? I use DoubleLook to transfer my
data to ACT...could that be a problem?

Thank you

Hi, sainte,

Another program is holding your pst open, so it's possible that DoubleLook
could be the culprit. You should disable it and see if you can duplicate
the error without it running.

I have run into this on Windows XP using the "switch user" feature, if
another user has left Outlook open. I've set up my machine so that the
other users can open my pst folder in their profile, and if it stays open, I
can't use it.
