Outlook - Office Xp for Students

I want to install this program on my laptop and it won't
let me register it as it says it has already been
registered on a previous computer... therefore any email
in outlook won't send.

Is this a second computer? Is Outlook installed on another computer?
Notice that the STE of Office only allows one installation. Also please note
that the Office suite must be installed as a whole and cannot be broken up
between several machines.

e.g., Word on machine one, Excel on machine two, Outlook on machine 3 - a
no-no.
