OutLook Office XP

I am having a problem with my Outlook. Well for that
matter any email program but MSN online. This just
started recently...I receive emails just fine. My problem
is for some reason I can not send. When I select send it
looks like it sent it, it saves it in my sent folder, but
I get ahold of the people I emailed and they don't
receive it. I have disconnected my router and the same
problems exists.

I have un-installed Office XP and Re-installed and same
thing. I just don't want to loose my contact lists.

This is real weird...I have never had a problem like
this. I have tried Incredimail, Mozilla Thunderbird, and
others and same sending problem. Up till a month ago
everything was fine. Not sure what caused this to happen.

Please...someone try to help me.

One possibility is that it is being filtered by your ISP. Within the
past few weeks I have had to change from Roadrunner because they were
over-filtering my email as spam so I was not getting it all. Yahoo
groups will not allow messages to be posted with certain words in the
subject line.

Since Spam now accounts for about 2/3 of email the companies are
trying to reduce it.

This may not be your problem but thought I would offer it.
