Outlook on a LAN system

I am trying to use Outlook via a satellite LAN system. I
cannot find out how to configure the settings to
enable "send/receive". Any advice would be welcome,
please.

Depending upon your version, it is located somewhere from the tools menu and then click on Options, they will be in there somewhere
