Outlook "Out of Office Assistant"

I tried to use the "Out of Office Assistant" which is
supposed to be located under the tools menu. I can't seem
to find it. Does anyone know why? Is it a special addin
that I need to get off the disk?

it's only there (because it only works) if you're running on an exchange
server (i.e. in an office environment).

Otherwise you'd need to leave your PC turned on whilst you're away in order
to get it to reply.
