Outlook Personal folders backup

I need to load the Microsoft Outlook Personal Folders
backup program on someone's laptop. I moved the file from
out network to his laptop and tried to start the
executable.

Microsoft comes back and thinks that's it's already
installed, however the option to set up the backup doesn't
appear in Outlook.

You have the option to uninstall it from the add/remove
programs in control panel, which I'd like to do.

The only problem is it doesn't appear in add/remove
programs group, so I can't uninstall it from there.

Is there anywhere else I can look to find it and get rid
of it so I can install it properly?
