Outlook Pop Up

The following shows up even when I am not on Internet and I do not use
Outlook for any e-mail.function:

" A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in
Outlook". I have no addresses stored in Outlook. " Do you want to allow
this?" If this is unexpected it may be a virus and you should choose "No"
I do choose no and the the prompt does not disappear. If I choose yes I am
asked to allow a time for access. Then it claims it is sending e-mail..That
is the only time the prompt disappears. The prompt appears again in a
couple of seconds. All other functions of WXP appear to be working fine.
Any help would be appreciated.

When is the last time you scanned your computer for a virus/worm with the
latest definitions?
