Hi,
I have troubles with the MS PST Backup :
I am using : XP Professional, Outlook 2002 SP3
Backup worked until I reorganized folders within my inbox.
Since then I have the foloowing problem :
when I click on the backup item in the file I cannot select any file
for backup, It says that there are no perosnal folder files open
However Outlook itself is working OK sending and receiving mail
works.
I try to reinstall the backup function. Not possible, it does not sho
in the software add / delete list. When I just try to reinstall, i
says remove old version first.
Any hint ?
I have a personal folder shown in my outlook, however after
reorganisation of my harddisk this file has been moved. I cannot delet
this personal folder file entry. Outlook error message says "Unable t
display folder" , so I have no acces to the properties and canno
remove it.
