Outlook quirk?

Hi all, thank you in advance for any help with this:

When trying to save an attachment in Outlook 2003 (this happens on occasion
as I'm told), I am unable to change the view in the box that opens to choose
the location I want to save the attachment it in. Any ideas?

I think what you are referring to happens when you are composing a message in
Rich Text format. Go to "Tools - Options - Mail Format" - and change to HTML.

Hi Eric, Thanks for the response.

To clarify, when I open an email with an attachment, I click on File--->
save attachment, and the window that pops up has a button at the top right
(next to tools) that you can click on to switch between thumbnails, details,
list, etc. Sometimes it is greyed out and I'm unable to change it. Any other
ideas? Thanks

Anyone else have any input on this? Anything would be greatly appreciated.
Not that it's a big deal, but a senior principal of the firm is very annoyed
with this behavior. Thanks again.
