OUTLOOK SEND AND RECIEVE

Help!

I have been setting up Office for years without any
problems using Outlook to Send and Recieve email through
an Exchange Server.

Now I have several Clients that have to somehow refresh
their client in order for a send or the reciept email
occurs..

Any one experience this and know how to deal with it.
The SEND AND RECIEVE Settings are default for Outlook on
Exchange.
