Outlook Sending Double Emails

I have a client that is having the issue where when they send out an
email to someone, the person ends up receiving two emails... one is
plain text and the other is HTML. Any ideas what setting might be
causing this in Outlook?

Thanks,
Sean

Have the client switch to Plain Text formatting.

Actually, right after writing this I checked the headers of the two
emails that were sent out (should have done this before). The client's
setup in Outlook has him with an account for their Exchange Server
(internal email) and a POP account for external email (long story why
this is this way). Anyways, by viewing the headers I know that one
email is coming directly from the Exchange server and the other one is
coming from the POP server. Why this only happens *sometimes* is still
a bit of mystery... I am thinking it might be something they do in the
addressing of the message? Still trying to figure out why this isn't
consistently happening every time and exactly what they are doing
differently that sees the email go out from both accounts.
