Outlook - Set Up for Shaw

When Setting up outlook, I but "shawmail" under microsoft exchange server
instead of POP3. Now, when I open outlook it tells me that the exchange
server isn't available and when I click ok, outlook closes.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Please!
