outlook shortcut bar

I have a user who was having problems with her outlook and
it could close on her after opening a couple of messages.
I did a repair on office and that did not work. I then
deleted her profile and set it back up again. now that I
have set it back up she is having problems with her
outlook shortcut folders. it says folder not found. If I
right click on the folder and try to go to properties it
says properties not found. her e-mail works fine and she
continues to get new message and I can even see her PST
files. Does anyone know how I can get these outlook
shortcut folders back?

Try starting Outlook once with the /ResetOutlookBar switch. If you need
