Outlook shouldn't assume what the user wants is different from th.

Outlook 2003 totally changes its layout and I cannot even customize it to
look like it used to. When I set a view, I cannot make that view global (for
all folders). The Help doesn't solve this issue either. When I do set a view
for the folder, and then go to attach an item from that folder, in the Insert
Item dialog box, the emails appear in a different view then the view I set!

Very frustrating.

Additionally, when selecting addresses to send email to, it is more usable
to have the side to side interface (like in Outlook 2000) than the top bottom
interface (Outlook 2003). You don't move your mouse as much....
