Outlook shuts down when cleaning deleted files box

G

Gord

I have just noticed that my deleted files folder isn't emptying when I shut
down Outlook. I tried to manually delete the files and it keeps shuting down.
It allowed me to delete some but not all. I am running XP home and Outlook is
200 SR-1.
Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Run scanpst.exe to check your pst-file for errors.

Windows can't find the file. Any where I can look for it.

Included hidden files/folders as well? By default scanpst.exe can be found
here;
C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\MSMAPI\<localeID>

I found scanpst and ran it on the Outlook.pst file. It said it was repaired,
but it is still doing the same thing.
