Outlook slow message display

Up until about a week ago, I was able to page through my
outlook emails very quickly. Then something happened.
Now it takes about 10 seconds to display the next email
after I click delete or an arrow button. I have checked
my DLS speed, I have checked my browser performance, and
I have upgraded my messenger. No problems seem to exist
outside of outlook.

Any suggestions...
