Outlook Stuck E-mails in my Outbox

I sent 24 e-mails yesterday and they are stuck in my outbox. Any idea what is
causing this? I retyped all of them and it happened again. Some of the
e-mails go out but others don't. Let me know if you can help. Thanks.
