Outlook sub-folders

Hi all

I have a minor problem that when one user creates a sub
folder of her inbox, it duplicated and produces two of
them, so she has to delete one.
I have had a quick look through the knowledge base, and
couldn't find anything. Has anyone stumbled accross this
before?

Where does she see two? (Folder list or Outlook bar) What version of Outlook
and Exchange? does anyone have delegation rights to the mailbox?

Thanks for your reply.

There is no delegation on her mailbox at all, she sees the
two folders in the folder list, rather than the Outlook
bar.

We use Outlook XP with exhange 5.5, she is the only user
with this problem.
