Outlook Today View; Tasks; Start Date

In the Calendar view, I can make tasks appear when the
start date occurs. However, in the Outlook Today view,
tasks are displayed only when the due date occurs. Is
there a way tasks can be displayed in the Outlook Today
view when the start date occurs?
