Outlook Today

Some where along the line of updates I have lost the
ability to customize my Outlook Today page by
selecting "Customize Outlook Today...". This has
happened on my Windows XP SP1 and Windows 2000 SP4 all
critical updates. I am running Office 2000 SP3.

When I select the option it appears to do nothing. No
error message and nothing in the event logs.

Any ideas.
