Outlook using multiple email accounts

B

Byron Crook

I am using Outlook 2003 with 5 email account setup
because I travel alot and have different ways of
connecting to the internet such as my office LAN, cable
modem at home, dial up through normal phone, dial up
through Iridium phone, etc. The problem I am having is
that when I reply or forward to an email which i am
normally getting from the email account which is not my
default account it wants to reply or forward from that
same account. However I wanted and had expected it to use
the account I have defined as the default. It will use
the default account if I am sending a new email but not
when I send a reply if the message I am replying to came
from a different account.

Is there anything I can do to force replies and forwarded
emails to use the default account?

Thanks,

Byron Crook

No. You'll have to change the sending account manually for those messages.
