Outlook versus Outlook Express

I've checked Outlook as the internet program to use for email -
Tools/Internet Options. Emails are still be delievered to Outlook Express.
What do I need to do to fix this?

Remove the Account from Outlook Express. In OE choose Tools-> Accounts...
