Outlook w/business contact manager

When I try to install Business Contact Manager it keeps telling me I need to
turn on File and Print Sharing. This is in network connections correct? I am
connected through a lan and File and Print Sharing is there for the
connection. Installation won't go past this point. What do I do now?
