Outlook Web Access and CompuServ

I have a user that is using compuserv for his home internet connection. We
recentenly went to useing a secured outlook webaccess for remote access to
our e-mail. Everytime this user trys to connect from his home laptop to our
site he gets a page not displayed, but can access anything else on the
internet and this is on and XP machine with SP2. Also, I gave him a loaner
computer, with 2000 sp4 on it, while I am trying to resolve this problem and
I loaded it with CompuServ and it worked for about a week and now he is able
to get to the login page and login, but after that it comes up with a page
not displayed. Any one have any ideas?
