Is this for all users, some item to check, have you a language installed in
IE, go to Tools > Internet Options > Languages, is the computer time you are
trying to access OWA within 5 minutes of the Exchange server, have you tried
emptying Temporary Internet folders, are you using SSL (https) or plain
vanilla http. What version of Exchange. Can you access it internally?
