outlook web access

When I get an email with an attachment the only way I can open the
attachment is to open as a web page first then I can open the file. It
makes no difference what kind of a file it is, I still have to view it as a
web page first. Is there a way that I can stop the viewing as web page.

SInce Outlook Web Access is part of Exchange, Outlook Web Access questions are
best asked in microsoft.public.exchange.clients
