outlook will not open

When I click on outlook I get "Windows Installer
preparing to install" Then another screen "patch could
not open-----" I have not been able to open all of the e-
mails I have in Outlook for a week.
New e-mails are showing in OE.
Is there a online chat to help with this problem?

I would love to see all the information that is stored in
Outlook someday.
