Outlook with MS word as email editor

Hi All,

we found that when we using the MS word XP as the email editor, it always
crash (outlook not response). We need to end task to kill the process and
restart outlook. Is it any problem to use the MS word for email editor?? We
tried to reinstall the MS office XP a fews time but the problem still the
same.

Have you patched Office XP yet? I seem to recall either SP-1 or SP-2 fixes
this issue.

I have applied the SP-1 and SP-2 already but i got still the same error.

Ditto.
Our office of about 25 people have all seen the same thing. Continual,
annoying crashes of Outlook 2003 when using Word 2003 (Windows 2000 OS).
You can actually make it happen: Open a draft e-mail to edit then open MS
Word. Most times, crash and burn!
