Outlook won't open

Something has happened to my Outlook and now everytime I open it I get the
standard windows error message "Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem
and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.".

Does anyone know of anyway I can fix this problem or if not if there's a way
to get my e-mails before I remove then reinstall it.

Thanks for that. I haven't been able to fix it, but I am able to open it in
safe mode so I can export my e-mails, reinstall outlook, then import the
e-mails into that.

Don't export or import. Just reuse the PST.
