Heres the problem.
Outlook worked fine we could print from any folder including the sent
items, we installed the latest service pack and updates, and suddenly
we were having problems with printing.
Outlook will still print from any folder just fine, EXCEPT from the
sent items folder,
When trying to print from Sent Items the printer dialogue comes up,
click on print and nothing happens.
This originaly occured while using an inkjet printer, the office
upgraded the printer to a color lazer printer, same thing, will print
just fine from any folder, any other application, EXCEPT it still wont
print from the sent items,
Any Ideas? Ive seen a few posts around but no solutions, this is
really a problem as we print all our sent items out to keep on file as
a hard copy.
