outlook won't register email account

using XP outlook 2003. used wizard to get outlook office to register and use
earthlink email account. says it does, but does not. did work before, but
does not now..help!

If it did work before, what changed?

Also, another alternative you have is to check your ISP website for
information on their required email servers information and authentication
requirements, or you can call their Help Desk.
