Unable to display the folder. Microsoft

Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not access the
specified folder location. File access is denied. You do not have the
permission required to access the file C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My
Documents\Outlook.pst.

Make sure that 1) the file is not read-only and 2) you own the file.
