I had to reinstall Office after wiping my computer clean and when I try to
open Outlook I receive a message "can not open your default e-mail folder"
and therefor I cant get into the program. Thanks Bob

Did you create a profile for it to use? If so, did you add your PST file to
your profile for Outlook to use?
