I have the latest service pack for Office XP (SP2), but
I'm still having a problem with Outlook saving my password.
I set up an IMAP account and when I check "save my
password", it still prompts for a password. My operating
system is Windows XP professional.

What you can do is this. Go to hp.com,1, click on

support&drivers 2, check on support & troublshooting and
put in the box 524g, 3, in the question or keywords box
type in password in outlook express? 4, you should see 3
to 17 links that should help you i think the first one is
