Outlook2000 how do I edit an existing e-mail message template?

In OL2003 (you never mention WHICH version of Outlook):

- Tools -> Forms -> Choose A Form
- Select the category under which is listed your template. If it was a user
template, select the "User Templates in File System".
- This opens a new message showing that template.
- Edit the template.
- File -> Save As
- For "Save as type", choose "Outlook Template (*.oft)".
