Outlook2003 - open running, but error pops every 10 sec - Can't open Outlook..

One PC, Win2K using Outlook 2003 connected to Exchange.

Open Outlook, runs fine then error msg "Cannot start
Microsoft Outlook. A program error occurred. Quit
Outlook and Microsoft Windows and then start again."
"OK"

If I click ok message goes away, I can read, send and
receive fine. About 10 seconds and message pops up again.
