Hello All,
I have a Windows 2K3 SBS , with Exchange 2003 on it.
A user that has Outlook 2003 on the workstation
..
This workstation frequently disconnects from the Exchange server for no
apparent reason.
I see no problems in the server or client event logs, and no problems with
connectivity.
The user is on a remote vpn connection to the network, when the Outlook /
Exchange connection is lost all other connectivity is fine ( mapped drives,
internet, email).
The workstation is Win XP Pro all latest patches, no virus, or malware
issues. I use the same vpn client (Safenet Softremote v9) I am not having
these issues. I have tested for a number of houurs with no disconnectivity.
Anyone have any idea why this would be happening, any ideas are greatly
appreciated
Thank for any ideas
