I keep timing out and the start up screen keeps comming up asking me to sign
in again....how do I stop this?

After how long of leaving idle your mail session? OWA is you using your
web browser to connect to their web client, not you running a local
e-mail client (which doesn't stay connected to the mail servers,
anyway).

I'm guessing you are leaving inactive your OWA session for too long so
the web client to Exchange is timing out your idle session.

....how do I stop this?

Talked yet to the Exchange admin at your company to find out what is the
idle session timeout interval?

Wrong newsgroup. Outlook Web Access is not Outlook but Exchange. Ask in
microsoft.public.exchange.clients
