outp putting to wide screen

afternoon,

i need to put together a presenation that will be shown on a few 50"
plasmas, how can i displat without any banding on the top and bottom?

If your going to be showing your presentation on both wide screen, and normal screens, then your going to require two different presentations. One for each type of screen. The page layout for the normal screen is set by default (4:3) 10"x7.5". For the wide screen you need to set up your page for either (16:9) 10"x5.63" or (16:10) 10"x6.25" depending on what your 50" screen monitor ratio is.
