OWA unaccessible to Laptop outside of the Office

I have a user that can access OWA while in the office. They can access the
OWA from home if they have their windows pptp vpn tunnel on. They can access
OWA from their home pc. But they cannot user their work laptop to access
OWA. It says the site cannot be found. The laptop gets name resolution.

There are no policies to prevent the user from accessing the OWA from
anywhere. The OWA is accessible publicly. I am able to access it from my
home pc with no problem and no VPN tunnel.

Any ideas are welcome.
