Packaging Wizard trouble

I am trying to package a database for a client. I try to get rid of a file
it's loading, but I get an error that states it is referenced by a shortcut
and cannot be deleted. When I proceed with the package, it can't find the
file (it's referencing a different computer) and I cannot package the file. I
have tried to use the Access help files, but am having no luck finding the
"shortcut" or removing the file. Please help. THANK YOU!

I have worked around the problem, but would still love a solution. I created
a new database and exported all my forms, reports, tables, queries,
relationships, toolbars, and packaged the new database. It appears to work
fine. If anyone can give me direction on finding the shortcut that apparently
had the referenced file, I'd still love to know. THANKS!
