page numbering

I want to start an entire document (not a section) with page 17. I could do
it in earlier versions but not in 2003.

It will have to be a section, on page one, insert, section, clear "continued from
previous section" tick "start at" input 17, insert, page number. On page two,
insert, page number... The page sorter (status bar) will now have the publication
starting on page 17.
