Paging up/down in Preview

When I'm in print preview, for some reason, the "page up" and "page down"
keys don't work. I find this to be unusual behaviour. Is there a setting
that will activate those keys.

Hi Dianah,

That sounds like a hardware / keyboard problem. Check and
see if page up/down works in Excel or other software. If
it doesn't, it's a problem with your keyboard. As a first
attempt at fixing it, turn your computer off and let it
sit for a few minutes, and then turn it back on. This
sometimes "clears out" the glitch.
