I have a site that I have just loaded a registration form
(.doc format) on, and when I confirm in the browser that
the link works, it does. However, when I click
the "back" button, I get a pop up for a user
name/password. What is the best way to keep that from
happening? Thanks!

There's a link to a knowledge base article about this issue and also a download you can
run to fix it here:

All went well with the regedit, until I didn't have
the "options" to be able to edit from there.

If you're working on your site "on-line" through your
host server, you probably can't stop it from
happening ... it's a security measure for your
protection. Either enter your username & PW, or just x
it out (think that's what I've done, either x the box
down or click cancel)

Actually, it's a bug in 2000 Office/Word. Each user must install at least
SR-1 to correct it.
